Attributes

Attributes are assigned by purchase/allocation system as detailed below.

Starting Attributes: All attributes have a base value of 10 which players can adjust
Starting Points: Players start with 30 Attribute points

Racial Bonuses:
Humans (Earthlings and Firstborn) assign +1 to any Attribute after spending their 30 points.
Greenmen assign X
Redmen (Martians) assign X
Ebonians (Mercurians) assign X
Jovians (Warrior Caste) assign +2 CON and -1 WIS
Jovians (Command Caste) assign +2 INT and -1 STR
Freemen assign
Androids (Matthews Units) assign

Advancement: +1 STAT at 5th level and every 5 levels thereafter.

Talents

Starting talents: Players start with 15 Talent points

Advancement: Players gain one talent point per session (gaining one level for each three talent points accrued)

Skills

Starting Skills: Players start with (4 + INT modifier) x 4 Skill points to spend

Advancement: Players gain 4 + INT modifier Skill points per level
